Instrument Overview
The Plant Phenotypic Imaging Analysis System is a device primarily used for measuring and analyzing plant phenotypes. The system features visible light imaging units at the top, upper side, and lower side, acquiring comprehensive phenotypic information of the plant through the rotation of the bottom rotating stage. The system utilizes artificial intelligence-based 3D imaging technology to dynamically generate a 3D model of the plant using a multi-view combination approach. It can also calculate morphological, color, and texture parameters such as plant width, height, skeleton, ASM, and SSIM based on the model. It is suitable for analyzing plants in the Poaceae, Solanaceae, Brassicaceae, and Leguminosae families, and is primarily used in plant physiology, ecology, environmental science, and plant protection.

Instrument Functions:
1. Image Adaptation: The system automatically assesses plant size and captures images based on the measurement results; for very large plants, the system automatically stitches and processes the images.
2. Temperature and Humidity Sensors: Built-in temperature and humidity sensors provide real-time feedback on the internal environment.
3. Instrument Control: An external 10-inch touchscreen allows users to view internal temperature and humidity, control internal light intensity, open and close the door, and turn on external lights; operation can also be controlled via computer software.
4. Lens Operation: Users can control the lens via software according to the size of the plant being photographed. Raise or lower the lens, and raise or lower the camera body to find the most suitable shooting position;
5. Camera Resolution: The system's optical imaging unit supports up to 12 megapixels, and users can select the appropriate resolution as needed;
6. 3D Imaging: Based on multi-view image sequences, the system uses computer vision algorithms to dynamically generate high-precision 3D models of plants. This model supports arbitrary scaling, rotation, and translation in true 3D space, and can quantitatively analyze phenotypic parameters of the plant when it is at the center point of space, such as plant height, canopy volume, branching angles, and other structural features, achieving a leap from two-dimensional planar observation to three-dimensional stereoscopic analysis;
7. Cloud Upload: After binding the device number, the analysis can be uploaded to the cloud. The plant phenotypic data is then transmitted to the cloud, and users can view the cloud data at any time.
8. Focus and Zoom: The system supports autofocus and manual focus, which can be modified in the software settings interface. It also supports optical zoom, allowing users to manually adjust the lens to the desired position.
9. Data: The measurement and recording interface summarizes the analysis results. Double-clicking an analysis record displays detailed results, and any analysis result can be deleted.
10. Export: Individual analysis results can be exported, or all analysis results can be exported. Users can also manually export 3D model demonstration videos.
11. Modification: The export path for analysis results and the model storage path can be modified in the software settings interface. 12. Language: Supports one-click switching between Chinese and English in the software interface;
13. The software provides a related subroutine for testing the maximum resolution of the computer;
14. Weighing: The plant is automatically weighed after being placed on the turntable, and the result is displayed synchronously on the software interface;
15. Movable Design: Integrated cabinet, supports placement and movement in any indoor location;
16. Safety Specifications: The instrument is equipped with various detection switches, sensors, and limiters according to design specifications to prevent user misoperation or overtravel issues;
17. Computer System: Windows operating system, NVIDIA graphics card (minimum 8GB VRAM), RAM no less than 8GB, minimum i5 CPU processor.
